General Recommendations

• When connecting laptop or mobile phone chargers, please note that electrical outlets in Mexico use the flat-pin connector (North American standard). Do not forget adapters to convert your country-specific round-pin plugs to the flat-pin type. While some outlets on the ITAM Rio Hondo campus support dual formats, they may not necessarily be compatible with chargers from certain countries.

• For security reasons, you must wear your ID badge to enter the campus and use the ITAM shuttle bus. Once inside ITAM, your badge will grant you access to various special events (such as the toast, coffee breaks, and the closing event gathering).

• Please verify your arrival or departure airport, as two of them (AIFA and Toluca Airport) are located quite far from Mexico City.

• We have agreements with several restaurants near ITAM; simply show your ID badge to receive a small discount.

• You will have password-free Internet access across the entire campus via the ITAM wireless network.
