Submission
Once you have the final version of your article, following the IEEE format, you can upload it to EasyChair. The publication options are:
- Full article (maximum 10 pages).
- Article in progress (maximum 4 pages).
- “First in journal” article (published in an indexed journal between 2024 and 2026).
Authors of full articles and articles in progress must accept the CLEI Authors’ Code of Conduct. In particular, these articles must not have been previously published or be under review at any other national or international conference or publication. However, they may be published as a preprint in an open repository. The inclusion of text generated by large-scale language models (LLMs) is expressly prohibited, unless it is part of the experimental material of the reported work.
All new authors on EasyChair must enter their academic information. Once logged into EasyChair, they must select the track or associated event that corresponds to the area of computing their article addresses.
Registration fees and benefits
Upon registration, participants will receive a welcome kit and their badge, and will be able to enjoy coffee breaks, welcome toasts, and attend keynote lectures given by renowned researchers in the field. They will also be able to attend presentations of articles from any track or associated event.
The gala dinner and sightseeing tours have an additional cost, which we will publish later.
