Pedestrian access (turnstiles)
ITAM may be entered through turnstiles which teachers, employees and students pass using their ID. During the week of the conferences, authors and participants may enter with the badge they receive when confirming their registration. For safety reasons, it is obligatory to wear the badge while on the premises.

Each attendee must generate a QR code at this link, which must be shown along with an official ID at the parking lot turnstiles leading to Campus.
Arrival at ITAM
There are three main ways to get to the venue:
- Metro + Public Transport
- Metro + ITAM Free Transportation
- Vehicular access
1. Metro + Public Transport
There are no nearby metro stations so you must arrive to one of the following and use public transport:

Exiting any of these stations, take the minibus to “LA ERA” and after passing the Tizapán Market, get off at the “José Martí” Public Library, walk along Guerrero Street until you find yourself facing ITAM.

2. Metro + Free ITAM Transportation
ITAM provides two buses which leave from the metro stations Miguel Angel de Quevedo and Barranca del Muerto. The buses have approximately 30 seats and at certain hours have a high demand from students so they might run out of space.
For participants, buses can only be used if wearing the credential issued by CLEI2026. Thus, Monday September 7, the first day of the event, participants won’t be able to use this service. In that case, they must use public transport or taxis to get to the venue.
From both stations, buses leave once every hour starting from 6:40 AM, and to get from ITAM to the metro stations, they leave every hour starting at 7:20. A more detailed schedule is found on the ITAM website.
3. Vehicle access for special guests
PARKING LOT 1 (faculty parking) Event organizers must send to susana.corvera@itam.mx the following information for each vehicle entering 24 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT STARTS (up to four vehicles may be registered per event):

4. VEHICLE ACCESS with fee (general access)
