Categories

  • Full Author, CLEI or TLISC (full /short paper) : USD 350 (Covers registration and attendance of 1 author and inclusion of his/her article in the IEEE conference proceedings)
  • LAWCC or TLISC (poster) Author: USD 180 (Covers registration and attendance of 1 author to present his/her paper at the conference)
  • Additional Paper: USD 200 (Can be applied to the 2nd and 3rd article to be registered by the same author. Allows inclusion of the work in the IEEE proceedings and does not include additional materials or tickets)
  • For Authors (CLEI / TLISC / LAWCC): It is important that authors of accepted articles register by August 13th. Payment method and associated receipt are not required at the time of registration. Payment and receipt can be made by September 5th, considering the early payment fee is due by August 27th.
  • General Participant: USD 250.
  • Postgraduate Student : USD 120 (To be accredited by a regular student certificate or similar)
  • Undergraduate Student: USD 60 (To be accredited by a regular student certificate or similar)
  • Dinner Ticket: USD 60
  • Discounts (no acumulables):
    • Early Payment (by August 13th August 27th): 10% off.
    • CLEI or IEEE members: 10% off (To be accredited by means of a document indicating affiliation to a member institution with up-to-date dues; e.g., PDF, screenshot, or similar)

Registrations for the Full Author, CLEI or TLISC (full /short paper) and General Participant categories include: Registration Kit, Attendance to all sessions, Coffee Breaks, Welcome Cocktail Ticket, and Dinner Ticket.

Registrations for the LAWCC and TLISC (poster) Author categories include: Registration Kit, Attendance to all sessions, Coffee Breaks, and Welcome Cocktail Ticket.

Registrations for the Student (undergraduate and postgraduate) categories include: Registration Kit, Attendance to all sessions, and Coffee Breaks.

Registration and Payment Instructions

1. The first step is to make the payment according to the corresponding fee for the event and category. If you have any questions about what and how much you must pay, please contact clei2025cl@gmail.com. Don’t forget to save the proof of payment in PDF format, as it will be requested during the registration process.

2. You must complete the registration form (Google Form) available here. The form requests participant information and associated paper IDs (if applicable), as well as proof of IEEE/CLEI membership, student certificate, and receipt of payment, as applicable. The payment method and associated receipt are not required at the time of registration.

3. For Authors (CLEI / TLISC / LAWCC): It is important that authors of accepted articles register by August 13th. Payment and receipt can be made until September 5th, considering that the early payment fee is due by August 27th.

4. When your registration is reviewed and validated, you will receive an email from the Conference Secretariat (clei2025cl@gmail.com) indicating whether the registration and payment are successful. Do not confuse it with the backup email containing a copy of the submitted form.
